Warped Tour '14

So big news everyone!! I finally popped my Warped Tour cherry! I have been looking forward to this weekend all summer anxiously awaiting this fun-filled adventure and being reunited with my Orlando BFF's. If you have never been to Warped Tour it is basically an all day music festival type concert filled with rock, alternative, metal, and pop-punk bands from across the country. This year some of the bands on the tour included Breathe Carolina, The Story So Far, We The Kings, Sleeping With Sirens, Issues, Yellowcard, and my all time fav Mayday Parade (just to name a few). I am so happy that I was able to spend time with my girls Devin and Laura in Orlando for a much needed girls weekend. I was pre-warned that it would be a hot one so I dressed accordingly in a crop top and shorts, and believe me I am so glad I did. Luckily the weather held up and we were able to enjoy some awesome music together. As always, stay tuned for more adventures and fashion inspo. xoxo Kendall

Sunshine and Soul Sisters

This past weekend I had the luxury of spending the day with one of my best friends in North Florida. For a late birthday gift I took her to the beach for a day filled with paddle boarding, relaxation and lots of laughter. Lately I have been realizing that as I grow older I won't have as many opportunities like these to spend time with my dear friends as we all venture out into the real world. So I have really been trying to cherish these moments as much as possible. Our day started of with an iced coffee run and ended by comparing our gnarly sunburns (oops..sorry mom!). Needless to say we definitely enjoyed some much needed fun in the sun. I hope you all had a great weekend as well:) xoxo Kendall

Born to Be…

So this may seem like a shocker (..not really lol) but I really enjoy dressing for holidays and any sort of themed event! I know right about now you're probably thinking I am the lamest of the lame, but seriously I just can't get enough of it, especially since that means I have an excuse to buy more clothes and style new outfits haha! And the Fourth of July is no different for me. Although I am not a huge fan of the whole 'Merica trend going on, I could not resist throwing together this Americana look. But in all seriousness, lets not forget the bigger picture of why we celebrate this red, white and blue occasion…America's independence. For me independence means having the freedom to act how I want to act, dress how I want to dress, and be who I want to be. And I am forever grateful for this liberty. So with that being said I will leave you with this quote by Albert Camus, "Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better." Stay safe and have a happy 4th!   --xoxo Kendall
